We do everything in our power to handle the blooms and products we use with the appropriate and detailed care they need. There are a few factors that are out of our control that can effect the longevity of florals. Shipping from near and far as well as Mother Nature can influence the condition of cut flowers, some varieties more than others. We guarantee our flowers life for 5 days from delivery. If they fade before this, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. We absolutely want to hear if there is something not quite right with our flowers so that we can fix any problems and continue to provide the BEST product possible. Proper care upon delivery is very important, which is made easy by the instructions located on the back of the card that comes with your flowers. Care for arrangements and hand-tied designs slightly differ, so please be sure to check the instructions carefully each time.

To gauruntee the arrival of the freshest and intact products, we must contact recipients before delivering any flowers or products to ensure someone will be available to receive them. Factors such as weather (hot or cold) can damage flowers if left on doorsteps. 

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 pm. Orders placed after this time may be able to be delivered the same day but cannot be guaranteed. 

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If a specific window of time is needed we can accommodate this as long as the recipient has been contacted and available. We always work with the recipient to ensure the best and easiest delivery for them.

Please allow us a little time to create your gorgeous florals for pick up (minimum 1 hour needed for online orders).

Although we do our darndest to have the exact flower varieties and colours shown on our website, sometimes it is necessary to make substitutions which slightly change the look of the design. We do this with intention and will absolutely make something gorgeous. If there is a change that is a more drastic we will contact you so that there are no surprises. 

Pets are members of the family, so the last thing we want is for them to get sick from ingesting the designs that are sent / received. While we can not guarantee that your pets will not get sick from ingesting our products, we will absolutely try our best to make a design that is as safe as possible for your fur family member upon request.
